The Touch in Sol Icy Sherbet Primer is silicone and oil free. I can confirm it has a cooling effect that does feel hydrating and provides a smooth base for makeup. You may not be able to see due to the video quality compression after the process of stitching the footage together, but I have deep cystic acne scars I felt were smoothed over. In the texture video, despite how thick the consistency is, it doesn't feel as thick as it looks once applied. This was nice and beginner friendly, and my blush stayed put much longer than it normally does. My face eats blush, in a manner of speaking. It typically disappears halfway through the day if I only wear sunscreen. Overall, I appreciate this primer a lot, and I feel it's something that I have found to be reliable each of the handful of times I've worn it.
