It gives me instant hydration and plump effect. It absorbs fast and not sticky at all. The key ingredients are Rosa Damascena Flower Water (Rose), Glycerin, and Flower Extract (Chamomile). Sukin is a vegan beauty, their products are organic and sustainable. This mist toner is also alcohol-free. I also love how handy and practical it is. My verdict: It is very soothing and refreshing on the skin but sometimes has tingling effect upon application (is it just me?). Smells fine, natural and fresh.
