🌿SKIN1004's Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner 🍵Thanks to Picky & Skin1004, I was gifted this product in exchange for my honest review 🚨ALWAYS PATCH TEST🚨 🍵Skin1004 (skin angel, 1004 is pronounced 'cheonsa' in Korean, which is the same pronunciation as angel) was launched in 2012. They focus on high quality materials with the Centella Asiatica environmentally sourced from Madagascar. 🌿The packaging is sleek & beautiful, typical of Skin1004. The 210 ml bottle is frosted plastic with a white screw lid & controlled pour spout. I believe this could be used by most skin types. It has zero fragrance. Slightly thicker than water. Can be used on a cotton pad or simply put a few drops on hands and tap into face. 🌿I have been using w/o cotton pads in the AM & PM in my toner/essence stage. It has helped with hydration & hyperpigmentation areas. 🧪Favorite Ingredients: Centella Asiatica, Allantoin ✅Final Thoughts: Highly recommend.
