In English, it's pronounced Skin-One-Oh-Oh-Four. The Centella is pure,clean and from ethical sources using local farmers in Madagascar. The toner has Centella Asiatica extract,grape extract and Niacinimide. It's very lightweight and dries quickly after you apply it. I really like this toner. It left my skin moisturized, toned and smooth. I haven't noticed any brightening effects yet but I expect with continued use I will. Thank you @go.picky @pickyrewards @skin1004official
