Masktery review for Panthenol Barrier Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++

Rated at SPF 50+ PA++++, this physical (mineral) sunscreen product uses Zinc Oxide as the only UV filter. Hence it is a full physical (mineral) sunscreen product. People who prefer physical sunscreens because they have sensitive skin should also take note that this sunscreen does contain Essential Oils, such as Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil. That said, it does not have an overpowering smell. Texture-wise, this is a creamy sunscreen product that appears white upon application. It requires quite a bit of time and patience to apply without leaving streaks. After allowing it to absorb, it still leaves a slightly noticeable white cast on my fair skin (NC21), which is still somewhat acceptable. However, this is definitely not suitable for dark skin tones unless layered under foundation. My experience is that this is quite moisturizing for a physical sunscreen, it didn’t dry out my skin throughout the day. It does not irritate my sensitive skin and did not sting my eyes. The scent of this product is quite neutral, despite the inclusion of EOs. The EOs did not irritate my sensitive skin. This sunscreen would suit really fair skin people who enjoy using physical sunscreens.
