gixiyiy review for Mugwort Cica Essence Toner

This toner came of with refreshing gradient of soft green and transparent plastic tube with sturdy plastic cap. The toner have essence texture, watery with low level of viscosity, absorbed fast into my skin with subtle occlusive feeling but it's didn't suffocated my pores. There wasn't any fragrance so it's safe for sensitive skin. I can feel high level of hydration inside my skin and also soothing my skin. The toner left my skin plump and healthy.
