Koh Gen Do - skinmonster review for Cleansing Spa Water

It claims it removes waterproof makeup, I haven’t tested but I highly doubt so - my Clio mascara is notoriously hard to remove even with an oil cleanser 😂 As for its other claims (moisturise/balance/brighten), probably a little bit but not really noticeable. I say, if you have the budget and like to treat yourself, this is a nice micellar cleanser.
