annaya review for Crème Amil-C M5

It definitely wasn’t what i was expecting. Because of the „whipped” texture i expected it to be very light and airy, but it wasn’t. It isn’t exactly heavy, but it has a lot of oiliness to it that adds to the thicker feeling. The texture does indeed look like a whipped cream a little bit, but not the one you’ll get from a spray bottle, but one that you would whip yourself from fatty cream. I opened it in the summer and i hated it because it was way too heavy for my oily skin. I knew it wouldn’t work so i let it sit for a few months and gave it a second chance in the winter. It did much better. It’s cold and snowy where i live and a nice occlusive moisturizer is appreciated. Still, since i’m oily, it can’t be too thick. The amil-c works really great for that purpose. It sinks much better into the skin than it did in the summer. It still feels a little oily but now it isn’t a minus anymore. Even though you can feel the oiliness for a while, it doesn’t clog pores or anything. It works well with skincare underneath it and with a sunscreen i put on top. After a few minutes you can’t feel it anymore, but it leaves your skin dewy and glowy (in a good sense) for the rest of the day. The ingredients are very nice and it can be especially great for people sensitive to actives who don’t want to get high concentrations of them in a serum. Also, i love that it combines vitamin c and niacinamide, giving it that special radiance booster. You only need a tiny amount for the face and neck 🥰
