24h Melt-in Moisture Active Lip Balm
This is marketed for men so it's not shiny and is very light on the lips. The selling point for me is its SPF. I've used lip balms with higher SPF before (plain without color) and I noticed that they made my lips look pale. SPF 15 isn't so bad since I often reapply this too. Also, it's affordable and widely available.
May not be hydrating enough for some. Also, it's "for men" so some women wouldn't probably take another look at it.
