MissJazzy review for Green Pearlsation PHA Calming Toner

An exfoliating toner that contains tea tree & cica extract to calm & soothe the skin while removing the dead skin cells with PHA. It has a refreshing scent that I like a lot. This toner is similar to water so to maximize the peeling effects of it, I use a cotton pad to apply it while it picks up the dead skin. So far, I have not experienced any irritations with this.
