Evy Technology is an amazing Swedish sunscreen brand. I really appreciate the effort they put into innovation and research. More people need to know about them! The 6h+ hour claim оn the packaging in a result of vigorous testing. Sunscreen filters: - Octocrylene, Uvinul A Plus, Avobenzone, Tinosorb S, Uvinul T 150 Other notable ingredients: - Sodium Acsorbyl Phosphate - a stable form of Vit C, antioxidant, anti acne ingredient The fact that it took me a few months to finally sit and write this review is actually a good thing in this case. During this time I was exposed to different climates - from harsh winter in its native Sweden to hot and humid tropical climate. Cold climate: This sunscreen does indeed protect from the cold in my experience. So I'd say it's a great choice for skiing when uv protection is super important. It never felt greasy or shiny. Performance/feel in hot and humid climate: Beach - I skip the moisturiser and go straight to spf as my skin is oily. It's the perfect the choice for the beach. I was still reapplying even though I could feel the spf on my face even after swimming. The reapplication is fuss free so no issues with that. Everyday wear - The only downside I would say is due to the humid weather my face was slightly shinier for my liking for everyday wear. This sunscreen really impressed me with the following features: - ZERO white cast - Incredible staying power - great for travelling - pleasant application experience and unique texture - fragrance free, alcohol free, essential oils free - creates a film on the face but not in a bad way - in a way that you feel protected Does it reapply well over itself? Yes it does. It's recommended to reapply after swimming or towel drying Does it clog my pores? No, it doesn't. Does it play well with makeup? Yes, makeup sits beautifully on top of Evy Sunscreen. Does it sting my eyes? No, it didn't sting my eyes. But please note that it does contain octocrylene - a sunscreen filter often associated with eye irritation. I have sensitive eyes so this is something I look up when deciding whether or not to chose a certain product. I'm happy I decided to give them a go! I've learnt that it comes down to the formula and concentration of filters - not all sunscreens containing octocrylene will cause eye stinging. It doesn't have PAO Yes, since this product is packaged in a way that does not come in contact with air and oxygen. Basically this means that the product will not expire and you can use it till the very last drop, oops no - until the very last spritz! 🙂 Application method: I would say the application experience is really pleasant but it does take a few times to get used to. Shake well, hold upside down and spritz. It comes out as a mousse, you're supposed to melt it a bit between your hands and then apply on the face. A quantity of a golf ball is going to be enough for the face and neck.
