It works well on me on my fine lines and wrinkles especially on forehead and near the eyes. This lightweight cream makes my skin soft, smooth and hydrated. It is also very concentrated, so just a little amount can cover my whole face. I also use it at the back of my ears and neck every night. So far, I am using this 3-4x a week. I also use the sandwich method (moisturizer-cream-moisturizer) to be safe from irritation.
