It involves the use of two products, Future Formula and Dark Spot Formula, which are shipped every two months. This review is for the Dark Spot Formula. This formula is customized according to one’s skin concerns. Active ingredients (which will not be the same for everyone) may include hydroquinone, kojic acid, azelaic acid, hydrocortisone, resveratrol, or green tea extract. It will never have alcohol, fragrance, nor essential oil as an ingredient. My current bottle consists of 4% hydroquinone, 4% kojic acid, 3% azelaic acid, and 2.5% hydrocortisone. I’m very happy with this mixture since my skin responds well to hydroquinone and azelaic acid. The treatment has a cream consistency. The texture is a bit thick but it’s not greasy nor oily. It’s suggested to be applied on dark spots after moisturizer twice a day. I’ve used it both under and over moisturizer, with other actives (including 0.1% tret), on large patches of skin (not just on tiny dark marks), and on my sensitive neck area. I didn’t get any negative reactions. No breakouts, no tingling, no stinging sensations. Do note that the hydrocortisone (an anti-inflammatory) might be preventing reactions or maybe because my skin barrier is not damaged/sensitized. Others might have the opposite experience. After a month of use, my stubborn age marks are still visible but my skin is noticeably brighter and the lines on my neck look fainter. Very happy with the results. This service is pricey! The two products, Future Formula and Dark Spot Formula, cost USD 112 every shipment (every 2 months). Advantage for me is that I have access to a medical provider and prescription skincare plus my skin likes the products. I’m pretty satisfied and will stay with Agency for several months.
