Tranquil Hydrating Essence Toner
I liked this toner. Nice and light. Smells lightly pleasant. A bit sticky at first but dries down nicely after 1 to 2 minutes. Very hydrating. I thought it gave a luminous, dewy look. I liked that. Will definitely be using in pre-makeup routine to hydrate and luminize.
What I loved:
Not too sticky even with all that aloe.
Excellent hydration.
Smells fresh.
Felt glowy.
Packaging is a stunning dark purple glass.
Everything was fine.

i have to get the toner. i have the keys soulcare reviving aura mist and its hydrating and nice. it smells good too like roses. the bottles are pretty too. it has shelf appeal as i like to call it.
