The side with the pattern to exfoliate my skin and remove makeup residue and the softer side I placed it on my sores for some minutes. I didn't feel any discomfort and my sores on my neck used to be very red and swollen, but after having the pad there for 10 minutes, I noticed my skin was more calm in that area, less irritated and the next day, the sores were less swollen too! 💕 I really like this toner pad, my skin is improving and I noticed that my hormonal acne on my neck is disappearing. I'll continue using it ☺️
