Balancing Toner Pads
The koa balancing toner came in pack of 50 pads presoaked, making it convinent to use everyday. The toner has mild fragrance and feels refreshing on the skin. Have been using it daily for a while. I like it has salicylic acid and helps with pimples and cintroling the oil. It does not dry the skin out, which is good.
The toner pads are bit smaller in size, but okay.
