Osea - theskincarewitch review for Undaria Algae Body Butter

This contains caffeine and I swear it makes my insomnia worse on nights that I use it. I am about halfway through the jar and I am afraid to use it after my evening shower because every night that I've used it I ended up not being able to sleep, and then having nightmares when I finally fall asleep. SO strange. I know Osea will say that there is no way to prove that it's related to their body butter (that's fine, I am one human and this isn't some research study) but I tested this over two weeks... each night that I used it I had horrible nightmares after trying to fall asleep for hours. I have insomnia and I've dealt with it my entire life. I am very aware of my sleep hygiene. Sadly this body butter seems to affect my sleep. I love how moisturizing it is and would purchase it if it didn't. I also wish it had a different scent but that's just personal preference.
