To be honest everything is good with this product! It's easy to use, there's a small roll on inside of it which helps you apply the actual product under the eyes. If put in fridge it gives even more better effect,a kind of cooling one, which reduced my bags when I needed it and the product did worked. After 5-7 days I felt and seen small changes on the skin under and around the eyes.
