When poured it is a clear liquid, free of fragrances, mineral oil and alcohol. 🙋🏽 Experience. This is the second of the 3-step skincare regimen promoted by its Japanese makers Rohto Pharmaceutical and The Mentholatum Co that also offer sunscreen and varied types of skincare products. It is suggested as pre-step to applying the light cream, but I believe they are both moisturizers so I used them separately. The lotion fitting as day moisturizer while the cream as for overnight; the former I enjoyed better than the other mainly because it was easy to carry, dispense, apply, and wear that I chose to bring it to travel.
