It contains  .3% pure retinol which is the optimal amount for results and also remains stable and effective. In their trials 100% of women saw a reduction in wrinkles, even the deep ones. This is a fragrance free ,clean and dermatologist validated formula. It's recommended to start slow- twice the first week, then every other night working up to every night.
