This is a great hydrating and refreshing mist. Not oily at all, it’s light and has some nice skin soothing ingredients. No fragrance/smell at all. It’s great for using as a toner or for anytime throughout the day to refresh or cool down your face in the heat. I have mild rosacea that is triggered by the sun and heat, so I use face mists quite often. The way this mist sprays out is very nice, it’s a fine mist that covers your entire face.
