In my shower routine I have been using the @thisworks deep sleep shower gel. I have just emptied this shower gel and it lasted me 3 weeks using it once a day This reminded me of a shower oil more then a gel. It lathers gently and cleans the skin effectively. It has a lavender fragrance. It helps to calm and relax you before going to sleep. I found this really hydrating.
