But no need to be, I started using this creamy essence 2 night a week and have increased to every other night with no irritation, or problems at all This absorbs so well, and it just accomplishes so much at once. I plan to continue using this, and increase the frequency, I can only speak to the immediate results, but those on their own are really nice. My skin looks healthy, plumped, and bright. This gorgeous metal bottle is an airless pump, which is so nice, and perfect for this product. I think this is really a great retinol product for beginners, super impressed.
