💕 Cica Tinted Lip Essential Oil Bless this one 🙌🏻 the wide doe foot applicator gets the job done quicker. Although the EO liquid may look viscous, it leaves really light coating. It's not sticky but may feel greasy (I consider that as smooth since it's oil anyway), but it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. I also tried using it to bed, and I assure you that the moisture stays throughout the night. Oh, and the tint colour leaves a natural and pretty colour on my lips.
