In this case, as it is meant for the eyes, it helps for the hyperpigmentation and the fine lines and wrinkles. There is also a little bit of sparkles in the cream which I find helps a lot for my dark circles; adds a kind of glow. From the video, you see directly that after application, my dark circles are attenuated.
