Whamisa - skinlovenotes review for Organic Flowers Toner Refresh

I love the Deep Rich toner, and have finished multiple bottles of it. The Deep Rich is best for winter, but this Refresh one was perfect for my oily skin and perfect for summer. This has a refreshing citrus scent, and it contains vitamin C, willow bark extract, aloe vera water, and even centella asiatica. I actually at first mistook this for a hydrating toner, but I would really categorize this as an acidic toner that clears up congested skin.
