This clay mask is extremely different from others I've tried since it does not dry out my skin or cause it to crack while I'm speaking. At first impression, the texture is thick and creamy, leading me to believe that its performance would not disappoint. Indeed, it has not since, as it claims, performed well. I seldom use this clay since I usually apply masks or exfoliate with skin-hydrating ingredients. A few days ago, I used makeup and a mask for an extended period, which irritated and reddened my face, particularly on my cheeks. After removing my makeup and doing a double cleanse, I decided to apply this clay mask. It quickly soothes and calms my skin within five minutes of application. To remove it from my skin, I just rub it with water softly, and it is gone. Surprisingly, the redness has disappeared, and my skin is both suitably nourished and hydrated. This clay mask is suited for all skin types which would benefit much more while dry skin might only get a minimal effect. However, I still love using it and had a positive experience with it, therefore I am considering using it anytime my skin is irritated.
