It helped with hair shedding! Using this before the shower, my hair shedding was easily halved compared to what it was without this product. This is thanks to the rosemary oil ingredient. I also love that it had almost no scent to it, and it works like a cleansing shampoo because it helps break doen product build up you may have on your scalp (for example: dry shampoo or hairspray).
