pH Balancing Essence Lotion
I like the bouncy feel after you apply the toner it gives you. Good for brightening, moisture, and balancing out your skin barrier. Contains wonderful ingredients such as vitamin B5, panthenol, and coolin (mushroom from Finland). I really enjoyed the heaviness of the toner (more body to it than watery—a light moisturizer).
Towards the end of use, I’d use it as part of my PM routine—I felt like maybe it wasnt moisturizing enough and the pH of 5.5 veered more towards acidic rather than not. Despite also containing centella asiatica, rosemary, and heartleaf extract it wasn’t as soothing as I hoped it would be.
