I don't know why they made this product with strong fragrance. I got headache because I have sinusitis. But I tried to apply it on my face, no whitecast at all. It has tone-up looking and I didn't get itchy. My skin is getting moist all day long. I highly recommend this when you're good with strong fragrance in skincare products.
