My holy grail sunscreen of 2022! ✨
🌿 great level of UV protection
🌿 contains my two must-have ingredients: niacinamide (for skin tone evening) and ceramides (for skin barrier repair)
🌿 very lightweight and quick to absorb (despite its texture)
🌿 no irritation on my oily, acne-prone skin
🌿 natural skin finish (neither matte nor dewy)
🌿 can serve as 2-in-1 since it’s also sufficiently moisturizing (though I still apply a gel moisturizer prior to applying this)
🌿 alcohol free and fragrance free
🌿 non-greasy, non-sticky, and no white cast
🌿 works well under makeup
👎🏼 Not super happy with the cost per unit ratio (₱11.63 per gram) since it doesn’t seem cost-effective, unless the product is used as a sunscreen AND moisturizer.
👎🏼 Percentages of ingredients aren’t disclosed by the brand — therefore, not sure if niacinamide present is sufficient (2-5%) to reap full benefits.
👎🏼 Product amount is 30g, which doesn’t last very long for daily use.
👎🏼 While this sunscreen works really well for me with no negative effects, I asked my friend to try it and they immediately experienced an allergic reaction (red rashes and stinging). So please exercise caution and patch test first!
Basically, a great sunscreen if you aren’t sensitive to its ingredients and don’t mind frequently repurchasing the product. Hoping the brand will come out with a bigger size soon!
