It came in a blue plastic 1.8 oz bottle. Claims to hydrated, smooth, and soften skin. It does what it claims to do. I Been using it for a few days now and noticed a difference in it softening my hands. It's Paraben free. Key Ingredients- Magnesium, Allantoin, Aloe, Calcium. It has a white creamy texture with a ocean scent to it.
