I think this product isn't getting 5 stars all around simply because you have to understand that hydration and moisture are two different concerns. This has instantly become a staple in my skin care routine. It works so well to hydrate and plump my skin, smoothing out light wrinkles on my forehead, eye area and even my neck! I especially love that it does all of this with out any hyaluronic acid, which is great for me because HA doesn't do well for my skin with regular use!
