light weight, watery thin texture that sinks right into the skin. Hydrating but non tacky. works well during summer. Not sure how this will fair well during winter. Niacinamide percentage not disclose but most likely 5%, if sensitive to Niacinamide 10% this would be a good option. Did not really improve "brightness" for me but I am used to Niacinamide 10%, Does not foam up as most Niacinamide can do
