Negin review for Let's Carrot Oil Toner

🥕This oil toner contains carrot extract, carrot water, beta carotene, carrot seed oil and tocopherol (vitamin E). Carrots are rich in vitamin A and antioxidants to help with skin vitality and nourishment. It also contains other botanical extracts for nourishment 🥕The toner is bi-phase with water/oil ratio 8:2. Needs to be shaken before use. Comes in a large plastic spray bottle that is transparent orange. A fine hydrating lightweight mist spreads evenly across the face once used. Absorbs quickly without leaving an oily residue. Has a slight sweet fragrance. For me it’s not reminiscent of carrots though. Can be used both as toner or hydrating mist. It suites my dry skin very well.
