I bought this for 35$. It came in a plastic 15g tube. Claims to depuffs undereyes, dark circles and fine lines. After using this under my eyes it had a cooling effect. Which helped my puffy eyes and dark circles. It's a balm and smooths easily across my skin. I didn't notice any scent to it. But I'm happy with the results.
