Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream
Avene tolerance control soothing skin recovery cream features powerful moisturizing properties that strengthen damaged skin barrier by maintaining moisture balance. The calming moisturizing effect is designed to provide moisture which has the potential to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, maintain firmness, hydration, and restore skin texture, texture, and radiance.
Along with the perfect texture to handle hot and cold temperatures, the comforting scent-free luminous nature of the cream is almost dreamlike in the sense that it doesn’t encourage pulling of skin or friction during application.
When used alongside strong potent retinol products, especially as a beginner, Avene Tolerance Control is an essential part of your skin regimen to help you achieve your desired skin goals.
Avene Tolerance Control cooling treatment cream is proven to be effective for me. It features:
Antioxidant: Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil (Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil),
Skin-identical ingredient: Glycerin,
Emollient: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil (Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil), Behenyl Alcohol
Moisturizer/humectant: Glycerin,
Viscosity controlling: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter), Behenyl Alcohol, Sodium Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer.
…oh, and in case you didn’t realize, I’ll repeat: it’s fragrance-free (I have a very sharp nose and I sneeze like crazy with strong fragrances so I avoid it rather than for skin irritation purposes)
Overall, it’s very minimalist to avoid sensitivity or sensitization while also being hydrating enough to avoid adverse reactions or effects from other products. Therefore, it is beneficial for all skin types, especially those who are more reactive to certain products or susceptible to contact dermatitis or irritation from ingredients.
Obviously, these are claims I making from experience. Please conduct your own research.
Ooh… also a little goes a long way. Plus, this spreads efficiently so even a little amount is effective. The other plus point related to this is that the pump application and cap are really good for maintaining hygiene as it closes immediately after releasing the cream to prevent other particles such as dust or air from seeping inside. I also have fun with the pump because I don’t have to use my fingers to get the cream… I can simply pump the cream directly onto my face and then massage it all over my face.
P.S. allow it enough time to sink in before applying thick makeup. Personally, It was difficulty for me to deal with the waiting time for the additional shine or gloss effect to wear down or sink into my pores.
⚠️ BIGGER CON ‼️ 💲 EXPENSIVE 💸
(As an financially-independent pre-med student, I realized that quality skincare is crucial but detrimental to the wallet!!!
Reapplication 🙄 because the hydration effect wears down really quickly (I’ve only used this during the winters, therefore, I may have to update once my experience changes throughout the warmer temperatures)
Tip- Although it’s said (and proven) that moisturizers work well on damp skin, I believe this lies isolated from that stereotype. This works best on dry skin (yes, dry as in skin type and dry as in not damp either).
