creamy gel like texture.formula is quite rich even though it is a gel cream, it is thick and smooth and glides on without pulling the skin, packaged like an ointment tube complete with a screw on cap that has a pointed opener. very lightweight when used sparingly and that it absorbs really well on the skin.its stop my skin from iritated and sensitive. Also stop my skin from breaking out
