Jadorimama review for Hello Kitty Pure Cure Strawberry Milk Toner

First off, this toner has HK which makes the packaging so cute and smells like strawberry milk! I have used a lot of toners that dry and irritate my skin. I’ve been grabbing this toner in my night-time rotation when my skin feels rough and dry. After washing my face and using this toner, my skin looks and feels SO radiant, nourished and plump. I love this toner so much my skin just drinks it up!
