Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Shadow Primer did not irritate my sensitive skin and sensitive eyes.
My only complaint about Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Shadow Primer is that it clumps if applied over face powder which is not a big issue for me.
