This is 100% Centella asiatica extract, and I really like it. I Thought it was my imagination playing games with me because of how excited I was to try this ampoule, but the fact that it calmed my skin overnight shocked me. My hormonal acne is back and thanks to this product I managed to keep my skin calmed and hydrated. I'll keep using it and will tell you if anything changes, but until now, I've been enjoying this product
