While this is a fantastic maintenance product, it hasn't reversed aging or softened wrinkles or fine lines long term on my early 40s skin. It delivers temporary plumping through small and large HA molecules. I actually love that there is a day and night version to this set! The daytime serum is clear and the nighttime is milky and has a bit of stickiness that the daytime version doesn't. I believe that this would be really effective after a microneedling session or a in office procedure like botox or dysport. Have used the night serum in combination with my at home micro-frequency wand and have seen more effective results, but need to try that method longer to see long term results.
