It has watery texture with moderate herbal smell. Luckily the scent fades away quickly. This toner is moisturising and I used it in my morning routine. Unfortunately the bottle is quite small and it lasted only for a month (with couple of layers, I usually did three layers of this toner). it absorbs quickly, leaving my skin soft and hydrated. It didn't break or irritate me. It contains some great cica ingredients but unfortunately a lot of essential oils and fragrances :( ( same as the cream). Overall I like this toner, it was a nice experience but it doesn't stand out, it's just basic, solid toner. But those of you who have sensitive skin better look at ingredients.
