I still haven't gotten to it yet, but I know, and heard that it definitely does wonders for those feetsies ya got there. I mean, all u really feel is, ur toes & foot is gonna feel like they're soaked into water and salt rocks, but without all of the mess, but only using a foot mask, can do all of that; by laying & wrapping the foot mask on ur feet individually for about 10-15 mins tops. Maybe, it might not have the same effect like aqua + the salts, maybe u might like this way better, maybe not? It's really all about what u like & if it feels comfortable or not. In my two sense of a little knowledge about foot masks, I think to be convenient, I'd prefer a foot mask over soaking in a tub and ya cant move anywhere, unless the tub goes with, too. Whereas, the foot mask, u can still walk around & do ur thing. So, it's use, at ur discretion.
