Received this brightening eye cream from Neostrata. I’m very happy with this eye cream. Due to my long work hours, I developed dark circles under my eyes and I was looking for something that would help even out those dark spots. This eye cream is very easy to use. You have to apply it twice a day. No need to rinse. I’ve seen a big improvement in my tired eyes. Skin layer feels firmer and I can see the tone getting lighter.
