It has a lightweight, gel-like consistency. It’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue behind. It goes on smooth, moisturizes and plumps my under eyes. I also noticed that my under eyes look brighter and more awake. A little goes a long way as you only need a pea size amount for both eyes. It wears well under makeup and doesn’t cause any pilling.
