This balancing toner comes in a dark plastic 200 ml bottle with a cap. It has 98.9% ingredients of natural origin. It combines lavender oil and organic sage extract for normal and oily skin. My skin feels fresh after using it. The texture is watery, and the scent of the lavender is subtle. I would definitely repurchase this product.
