RiceFila Oil Toner
Need to shake the product since there’s oil. Was not fond of Oil since sometimes it causes my skin to purge a little. But this one does rge oppiste. I really like how it balance and moisturize my skin especially when I have dry skin. And serum I used after this toner usually absorb more effectively.
Depending on my skin condition, it also makes my skin more oily. So I tend to use it only when I have dry skin. But overall I love this product
