This toner has a three ingredient formula, making it highly concentrated with Heartleaf. It is vegan, sensitive skin friendly and fragrance and alcohol-free. It has a watery texture that sinks into the skin in no time, leaving it refreshed and ready to take in the rest of my skincare routine. It also has a natural, herbal scent that I find pleasant. I'm loving it so much! 🤎 I like doing several layers if I'm using it as my main toner, and also like to do a first layer to go in afterwards with a thicker toner.
