dwsh review for Orchid Eye Cream

The eye cream may seem lightweight but it seems like the ingredients in this eye cream are too rich for my eye area. If i used a little too much of the eye cream, it causes millia to form near my eyes as told by my beautician. Was pretty shocked as i have used many products before but did not have concerns for millia before. Thus this is definitely not recommended for those with oily/ combination skin type as it is too rich for the eye area.
